Any good cold calling companies?

We have a large list of real estate leads that we have tried mailing/texting but have gotten no response.  I would like to try cold calling and see the results that yields both on the aforementioned list and on the list we have of targeted, driving for dollars leads.  Anyone have any luck with a reasonably priced, reputable company?  I have reached out to a few online and have had trouble getting a response.

@Patrick Drury I appreciate the suggestion, and do a little in house, but am looking at 60,000 leads. (I would start with outsourcing maybe ~2000) I don't have the time to tackle it all and am willing to outsource even if they aren't as successful as I may be.
