Need advice !? New to wholesaling but I have my first deal.

Do I sign the purchase and sale agreement with the listing agent ?

If so after that what do I send to my cash buyer ? I'm sure its assignment of contract but do I make a new purchase and sale agreement as me listed as the seller ? Need help on first deal I'm a rookie turning pro !
