Question:

Can I sell the house I have under contract to a buyer who is going to buy it with a loan from a bank? I also ways here about cash buyer but don't hear to much about this.
Do I need a Realtor at this point? Can it be sold without a realtor?

FYI-Im in Texas (because im sure laws are different from state to state)
