Comps- half bathroom??
Found a killer possible deal while driving for dollars today. very distressed property in a veryyy high equity neighborhood.. problem is, I looked the property up via propstream and couldn't find any comps. the property was a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom. the closest comp to it was a 4 bedroom, but it was just 3 bathrooms. would a half bathroom be too big of a difference to consider it a comp? I'm assuming yes but just thought id give asking more experienced people than me a shot before I jumped ship..
Thank you
