First Time Wholesaling

Hello everyone!

It’s honestly an honor to finally be posting in the BiggerPockets forums! I’ll leave out my complete life story right now for the most part but hope to get to know as many of you as possible in the future!

Long story short, I’m Active Duty Army, currently in Korea until October when I can return home to my wife and our first single family home that we purchased last October. I want to make the most of my time here and have been wanting to try wholesaling for awhile now.

I found a fixer upper that could be a potentially great deal for a flipper. This property is on the MLS.

Can someone explain to me what I should do now that I found a seller? And also what official forms I’ll need. This property is in Texas.

-Mike
