Wholesaling Beginner Investor

Hi! I am a new real estate investor and I am trying to get started in wholesaling. I am trying to find the best list for pre-foreclosures and pre-probate as well as probate listings. Right now I am on a trial with PropStream and I am not sure how up to date the lists are, does anyone have experience with PropStream. I had a call with clerk data and they seem good but are very expensive. Does anyone have experience with clerk data? Any suggestions for an investor here in DFW ? I feel like so many companies want money from you. I’m not sure who to trust. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
