Take on Wholesaling?

Hello,

I am from Memphis, TN and new to Bigger Pockets as well as to the world of real estate investing. This is something that I have done plenty of reading and listening on, but have yet to take action. Partly because I do not have the funds to simply go out and buy a home and flip it just yet like I want to in the future. I have done reading and a lot researching on wholesaling properties. Reason being, that this may not tie up a lot of my own money. I wanted to get the opinions of investors who have used wholesalers or are wholesalers themselves on the subject. This will be great help.

Thank You,

Cary
