Good evening I'm very new to bigger pockets but I've  herd a lot of great  things about

this company, so I thought I would give it a try. I'm trying to get my foot in the door with real estate , so I believe there's no better way to start and raise capital then to start off wholesaling, Me and my wife went driving for dollars and found a lot of potential properties ,we took pictures and wrote down the address . We looked up some of the properties on the county assessor website and got the owner name and address and mailed off some letters ,but no repose yet. so now I'm stuck I don't know what else I could do . please help. thank you!

@Keith Dorsey sending postcards works only if you do it with consistency, it usually takes 3 months before you’ll start to see a result and you have to keep sending them out every 2 to 3 weeks.

Also postcards is one of the most expensive ways to market to sellers you should also do a combination of text blast, RVM’s, cold calling...

Driving for dollars is great however If you want to scale up your campaigns you can pull list from listsource, propstream etc

I agree with what the other guys said here, there’s no better way to start than going to work for free and shadow an experienced wholesaler in your market for a few months.
