Hello everyone, my name is Victo, I currently reside here  in Haughton LA.. I really want to start my real estate career but I don’t know where to start.

I’ve been procrastinating for a very long time and I’m a little intimidated watching many videos and reading through purchase and sell agreements and assignment contracts.

Anyone in the area who have been successful with wholesaling? Who started with little to no experience?
