I am looking to go into the Housont market but wanted some feedback from you guys. How is inventory on off market deals ? How about deaels on the market ? 

What works best for you to find deals ?

I'm also in the same market trying to lock up a deal. Theres always a deal to be made as there's plenty of distressed properties around Houston. I decided to pick 2 marketing channels for now and will grind my list for a while and see what I come up with. Good luck to you out there.
