Wholesaling a property above listing price?
Recently got a property listed via agent at 170k by another wholesaler and the ARV I got was around 315k and I put the investor buy in numbers around 175k to 185k. Is it possible to wholesale a property for above listing price when they can easily view the listing? I'm thinking about just leaving the contract during the inspection contingency as it seems useless to try and move it to investors. I got it under contract because the market is hot but anyone doing their due diligence is gonna see the wholesale fee immediately. Is it worth sticking it out or should I just move on to find more off-market opportunities.
