Outsourcing Property Inspections
I run a wholesaling business and have done over 40 deals and am looking to grow my business. I do have an acquisitions manager who handles inbound calls, follows and cold calls. I currently do all the property inspections. I would like to outsource the inspections part of the business so I can spend the majority of time in the office analyzing the deals and can scale the marketing.
My current thinking is that I train them on how to fill out an inspection form which covers all the major things to check and get them to take a bunch of photos. This will give me enough information to make a firm offer. I would then train them to drive for dollars so essentially they are on the road day either doing an inspection or driving for dollars.
Does anyone have a role like this in their business?
