Greetings! I have my finger on the pulse of Rockaway Beach NY. It's a beach community in NYC, so HIGHLY desirable right now, for people wanting to get out of the boroughs with no access to nature. 

I am new to wholesaling and learn best when I'm in action. Does anyone have a desire to have a conversation in partnering with me for my first wholesale deal?
