Can anyone answer or point me in the direction to find more info on my following question?

After getting a property under contract and finding a buyer how do you close with the title company? Does the purchaser, seller and myself (wholesaler) go to the title company/ attorney to close? 

Is anyone willing to chat with me about this further?

Where are you located?

For the deals I've done in Texas, you can do almost everything via a mobile notary. 

An experienced title company will help facilitate everything for you.
