My First Ten Letters
Well......I finally jumped in! I wrote my first 10 letters to absentee owners. My eyes are crossed and my hand fell off at #6, but I did it! Analysis paralysis is over! I'm not quite sure what I'll do when someone calls me, and I don't have much of a contract written out yet, but great things are born from necessity right?
I would like to thank everyone who has helped me thus far, and everyone that will probably drag me out of the corner later. You guys (and girls) are awesome!
