SWFL Market for Wholesaling

Posted

Newbie here, trying to get my arms around the Collier/Lee county marketplace here (I'm in Marco Island "Naples") in SWFL for Wholesaling. A recent report I came across https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWIGBloEms8 states that homes < $100K are hard to come by. Now, I'm not sure if he is getting his data from MLS or elsewhere but some questions come to mind:

1. If the $50-$150K marketplace is dried up, should a wholesaler still target those type of homes?

2. His report also states that homes >$1M are not selling relative to the other trends. Would a wholesaler go after those homes?

I'm inexperienced and mainly trying to figure out where to target my marketing efforts in my market. I have primarily read about people wholesaling homes <$100K not >$1M.
