Busted and discussed at attempts to wholesale.

Hello all, listen here's my problem now. I'm a newbie wholesaler but I've learned a lot in the past four months. I'm my area, I was only able to locate one property and put it under contract. A few have looked at it, but no one wants to buy due to the location and price. In short, I've been trying hard to sale it for the past four months and I'm stuck. Secondly, locating other property in my area is near impossible for me because I can't afford to purchase a list of properties. I look daily on craigslist, but it's all I have and there's simply nothing of real interest. Or it's too far of a drive from my location. So right now I'm dead in my tracks as a wholesaler and ready to go back to my day job, forget about wholesaling. Any advise from the pros?
