Newbie Investor getting started wholesaling houses
Good Afternoon
I am a new investor getting started in wholesaling houses. I have a contract drafted and I have a questions. What exit clauses can I use to back out of a deal if the deal happens to go south. I know one clause contains "contract is contingent upon buyers and/or partner approval"; are there any other clauses I can use before having it review by an attorney? Thanks
