House with No Address
Hi everyone! I'm new here and looking to get started with wholesaling. There's a house down the road from where I grew up that's been empty for as long as I can remember. It's on a nice piece of property and may be rehab worthy. Anyway, I drove by it today to write down the address so I could start looking for the owner. The problem is, there's no mailbox and no number on the house. I have the number of the house next door and looked it up on googlemaps and zillow, but couldn't get an address for the house I'm interested in. The other houses on the street don't go in a predictable sequence. It's 1092, 1164, 1206, etc. Anyone run into this before? Is there another website I could check to try and find the address?

My best guess would be to get in touch with your county's assessor's office (or whatever the equivalent is in your state) and ask them. Around here in Missouri out 911 service provides homes with addresses. You may try to get in touch with them.
One more thing would be to look at a tax map or a GIS map and find the property. This may find you an address or at least a legal description.
Or ask a realtor...that could work too...
Either way, Welcome to BP!
