What is the best way to find cash buyers? I just started wholesaling and wanted to see suggestions.

Asking that question means you aren't close to doing any deals. If you find good deals, you find cash buyers. Wholesaling is not rocket science. And you can't build a list of cash buyers with no assets. What's your marketing technique now? What do you have in the hopper off-market? Do you have cash to close deals if the assignment doesn't work out? Where have you been networking with local investors online and off?
