Wholesaling and Crunching the numbers
So I Found this property, and when doing the ARV I noticed that the houses around it where selling for way more than what the property was. The houses around it were selling from 400-500k, when this house is only going for 295k. I'm very new to this and just wanted to know if I should still make the price lower than what the property is going for, the amount I should ask in the assignment fee, or to not even move forward with the property. Thank you
