How do you monetize my access to bank property

I was originally working with a few banks and a credit unions trying to get a listing of multifamily non performing notes. While I didn't obtain notes they did provide me access to their listing of houses in foreclosure, some in receivership and some that were turned over as REO's. I normally don't work the residential end of deals so this is definitely something I need advice on - any ideas on how to proceed?

I have no interest in either rehabbing or working on these properties but I don't like leaving money on the table!
