Did my drive for dollars, came across these houses, most look so beat up that even if i get it for dirt cheap i think the rehab cost is gonna be worth more than the market value lol, what do you guys think? I mean should i just go for the 3 bedroom investor friendly houses only and leave the others behind? Need some advice guys

Mubasher Riaz I would find the owners information and then find out whether or not they have a mortgage. If they own the property free and clear or have an older mortgage that looks like it might have some equity, I would be sending them letters, phone calls, friend requests on FB, ect.
