I have compiled a booklet of 56 potential property deals(each with picture and property report to match)...distressed buildings, townhouses, Brownstones in NY,Harlem Neighborhood. ..profit potential on most deals after repairs of at least 200k+, a few that could top off at 1M+ in profit after fix up...I have done and continue to do all the leg work trying to contact and lock up the properties...seeking cash buyers with proof of funds that can close quick, who are interested in purchasing after I have them under contract.
