Beginner Wholesale Investor in Connecticut

Tajanaye Taylor
Posted

Hi everyone,

I’m a beginner wholesaler in Connecticut. I’ve found a few properties that I want to begin working on, however I want to know what the next steps are after I get one under contract. I’ve called a few escrow agencies but so far no one works with wholesalers. Through my research, I’ve also seen that CT requires an attorney for closing. Should I be looking for an attorney rather than an escrow for my next step? What questions should I ask them to be certain that they are able to work with me. Also, where do you recommend I find a contract template? Hopefully I asked those questions the right way, thank you in advance!
