Can Canadians wholesale in the states.

Actually Roy N., on the tax side he would pay the IRS and then get a credit from the CRA for what was paid to the IRS and only pay the difference. So if he paid 15% in the US, but 28% was due in Canada, he would pay 15% in the US and then 13% to Canada.
