Ok that sounds reasonable. A tax credit be great but having to foot the bill in installments not the best but gotta pay the man.

Well after extensive hours I have found a house that I can flip. 3 bed bungalow with a tenant in the basement. The comps are at 223,000 and house is selling for half of that. Where I'm new I'm unsure of what to do. I was thinking hard money that I found. Dohardmoney, Any ideas folks?

Im new so I am unsure of a lot. Since I'm Canadian am I allowed to go to different parts of the USA and wholesale? I know I can't repair houses unless I hire a contractor from the USA. My souse and I want to do this and use the money to purchase properties to flip and hold. Curious???
