Hey there! My name is Ben Chapin and I'm a 20 year old college student looking to get into wholesaling in the Boston area. My main question is what involvement will I have with the title company and escrow in the process? Will I have to deal with them? Or is it the buyer's responsibility and then I just pick up my check from escrow?
