Wholesale assignment. Question

I have a question I am currently working on a wholesale assignment.. and. I have a buyer ready. Already agreed with the seller on doing the deal... The buyer is working with an agent.. when the buyer does the contract with her agent. Does my name to on that contract or does the original seller name go on the contract. From the agent . I did te contract between myself and the seller but I think the original seller name should have been on the contract that her agent did Please help.. today all the doc will go to title but I need take its correct
