Hi,

what do you think about wholesaling pretty houses?
Is it common and possible to do? would you say it is the same process as wholesaling an ugly house?
would you recommend doing it?

FYI- Pretty houses in my opinion are houses which ARV is $300,000 and up and only needs minor repairs
