1) What would you consider is a sweet spot for you to focus and zero in on to locate distressed home sellers so you can flip to cash buyers

2) What quick ways, tools, strategies can wholesalers use to identify the sweet areas ( neighborhoods ) and what types of homes are best to focus on to put under contract to flip to cash buyers
