Wholesaling in Utah?

Hi all!  I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a little over a year now and I'm absolutely in love with the idea of financial freedom and real estate as a whole.  Lately, I've been loving the idea of wholesaling and want to jump right in!  As a 20 year old (Soon to be 21) who's been watching a lot of stuff on this particular subject I'm thinking wholesaling is a good starting off point for me and what I want to do right now.

However I've encountered a small problem; is wholesaling legal in Utah?  This is my main (really only) concern as I cannot for the life of me find any solid and/or recent information dictating if Wholesaling is even legal here in Utah. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.  It's the one reason why I haven't taken action as I want to be completely certain I can go ahead without winding up in legal issues of some sort. Thanks in advance, I can't wait to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community :)
