I did not receive a call back from the seller or builder and I did not expect to. I did not call the seller to confirm if he spoke with the builder. I do not want him to think I'm a "stalker".

Since then I've made some calls to owners of other tear down houses, but I have not received any call backs yet.

I feel good about the action I'm taking and hopefully soon I will close a deal.
