Wholesaling EM Deposit and POF Question

Hey everyone I just have a quick question about what to say to a seller when it comes time to close on the Purchase and Sale Agreement. If you do not have proof of funds to technically purchase the house (I'm 21 so I don't necessarily have thousands of dollars at my disposal) how would you go about explaining and obtaining that contract still even though you do not have a proof of funds?
