Wholesaling in Tampa FL - Getting Started

What’s up ladies and gents, I’m a newbie to real estate investing and looking to get started so I can escape the rat race. I’m looking to start wholesaling as it seems to be best entry point into the game. I have a fundamental understanding of wholesaling homes, but I’m looking to soak up any advice or information to help me get started. I know wholesalers don’t have the best reputation, but I’m willing to out work that stigma and create meaningful relationships. Is there any legal stuff I should be aware of to protect myself and ensure everything is done ethically? Anything is appreciated!
