Scrubbing Old Cold Call List Data
Thinking ahead here.
I just started cold calling direct to seller for properties to flip. Once you run through a list a sufficient amount of times, and feel like its time to refresh the list, how do you scrub new data against your old list for efficiency and cost savings?
- I don't want to call properties that were total dead leads the first time around
- I don't want to pay to skip trace for numbers I already have
Would really appreciate hearing different opinions on methods to go about it.
