Wholesaling As A Minor

I'm 16 years old (17 next week) and I've been doing cold calls as a bird dog for an investment company. Recently I've found them seller but now I want to move onto my own venture into wholesaling, I was wondering what was the process of getting contracts signed or signing them as a minor in real estate. I've seen a lot of videos about 17 year olds that have done wholesaling ( Jacob Blank & Willie Coleman ) and they both say to set up an LLC with someone of age and I have an 18 yo brother. Now does that allow me to sign the contract myself? Also I have a 18 yo friend that wholesales and that's willing to sign contracts for me, is that any legal?
