Wholesaling guidance needed
I’m a new wholesaler aspiring to make some cash and I have a couple questions I would love to be answered.
Once I secure a contract with a seller and send it to the title company, I have the amount of days on the contract to find a buyer, right? Also, what does due diligence include? Is it necessary in the wholesaling process? What’s a good starting place on it. I wan thinking an inspection but I could be wrong. Also, if I do those, would I be able to the inspection fee after the closing date or do I have to pay the inspector after he inspects the property?
