Getting started, what do you have to sacrifice?

Hey everybody, I hope you all are having a great day and continue having one. I just wanted to come on here and reach out for some advice, before I take action. I am stuck in the situation where I find myself doubting whether I should take this job offer. It is to start wholesaling properties under somebody else.

Now the thing that is holding me back is the drive to this job. It is a 45 minute drive both ways. I was thinking maybe I could find something near me, but I wouldn’t know where to look. I’m just a young person trying to get into this business.

Hey Adriana. I think if the job is something you are interested in, and it is working under someone who is successful in this space you should definitely consider moving forward. Could be a great way to get your feet wet and get started in the REI space. You can use the 45 minute commute to listen to podcasts and increase your knowledge! I drive 45-50 minutes each way to a job I am not so thrilled about, but I use the commute time to learn about the things I am thrilled about. Good luck!
