Wholesale Real Estate

Hello I’m trying to start my investment career in real estate. My strategy is long term retirement so my ultimate goal is rental properties. I have very low start up capital and not much credit history. I want to start by doing wholesale deals. Can anyone give me some tips and guidance for where to start and how to proceed. I tried Nick Ruiz’s Alpha Home Flipping program. It has some good information but I’m still trying to put together a solid game plan before moving forward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
