List scrubbing- Recently Sold

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but I figured active wholesalers would know best. I have a list with several hundred leads that I would like to send direct mail to. I would like to scrub the recently sold properties from this list. Is there an automated way to do so?

My friend said he was using an excel macro that uses the Zillow API and a ZWSID. He sent it to me and I requested a ZWSID but it looks like Zillow no longer allows API access to property details to pull that information.Is there another automated way to do this? I am willing to pay a nominal fee as it will save me from contact dead leads.
