Effects of the Wholesaling Trend

Seth Turner
Posted

Hello BP fam,

I have questions/(maybe concerns) about the current wholesaling trend. I CONSTANTLY see ads on popular sites/pages like worldstar for the ol "get rich quick" wholesaling real-estate. In all the REI groups im in, I see a massive amount of clearly new wholesaling investors. Are there negative effects you think will come from this? Will there be a growing number of wholesaled homes being pushed with little to no potential?

OR. Is it really just creating a larger number of opportunities for buy/hold investors and flippers? Because after all, it comes down to the investor vetting a property for its potential.
