Angel Moreno
Posted

I found a good deal (verbally) but a realtor just told me a can’t double close in Illinois. How can I pull this off?

@Angel Moreno - You can't market the property unless you are a realtor so if you are double closing without having to market you are fine - but that's nearly impossible unless you already have a buyer.  Regardless, the IL "wholesale" laws are not true and no one is getting in trouble at this point to my knowledge.

You can always bring us in on the deal and we will wholesale it for you.  Let me know how we can help.
