Possible Wholesale Deal

I found this off market deal, it's two properties that are being sold for 55k each for 110k total, they are side by side one being a 3 bed two bath 1400 sq SFH and the other being a Duplex 2bed 1 bath each unit for 1550 sq. They are built In the 1930s and will need a full gut remodel, which seems extreme for me as a new investor but someone gave me the idea of wholesale, how do I begin to find buyers if I chose to pursue this? Any advice for a first time wholesale?
