Deceased owner, condemned building, unpaid taxes - how do I buy??

Hi Bigger Pockets! This is my first post šŸ˜Š. Property is in Ohio with no mortgage. Other properties owned by deceased have been foreclosed by mortgage companies, and noted ā€œno known heirā€ in the court documents. The attorney who handled the estate said the deceased had no real assets, so they let the banks foreclose on the mortgaged properties, and he had a car that was disposed of. He thought this property had a mortgage, but I cannot find anything on it. Back taxes are piling up, auditors office had a note that Owner was deceased and property was in bank foreclosure so they have not taken action, treasurers office said there is no mortgage and they have not received anything from the auditors office.  I think this one slipped through the cracks! Can I buy it from the estate through the attorney for the back taxes?? What would that process look like?  Thanks for your help!!
