Wholesaling forms and documents.

Hey, Everyone!

I'm pretty new to the investing world, but not new to the agent world. I've currently got my first investment property UC right now in GA. I was working on buying another from an owner who was reluctant to sell at the price I was quoting him. I floated the idea of wholesaling to him and he's up for it. Are there special forms I need to get it UC on? Or should I just use a standard Purchase and Sale from the GA realtor forms and put a stip in it? Does BP have wholesaling forms/contracts?
