I'm 19 years old and trying to get into real estate. Looking into wholesaling, it seemed like a great way to grow knowledge and experience with real estate to start off with. I was wondering what parts of the city(specifically if wealthy neighborhoods, middle class, or poor neighborhoods) are the best places target wholesaling.
