Wholesale in Bay Area

Hi there,

I am just getting started in REI and wanted to start with wholesaling then expand my portfolio after a few deals under my belt. I am in the Bay Area and was wondering if there were any wholesalers who have had experience dealing with the expensive market out here. What was your most effective way of finding motivated sellers? Any tips or helpful thoughts would be much appreciated.. Thanks!
