Option agreement and assignment agreement

Where can I get a valid texas option agreement and an assignment addendum for wholesaling?

I have a purchase and sale agreement but I have came to realize that here in texas they mostly use the option to purchase so I would like to know where I could download a valid contract that I could use with motivated sellers, the program that I have downloaded doesn’t provide me option to purchase.
