Example of a completed TREC 1-4 for wholesaling

Hello, i’m new to real estate investing and trying to understand the basics before starting my social media marketing. Would any wholesalers in Texas mind emailing me an example of a TREC 1-4 contract thats been filled out for the purpose of wholesaling a single family property. If possible, can you also include any common addendums you use for wholesaling? I saw a couple YouTube videos where some people use a one page contract that’s not TREC but I’m not sure about those.

Any help and/or examples you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

For the TREC, you just write "and/or assignee" after the buyer entity on the first page. And then you do an Assignment agreement with the buyer later on.
